bog from hello yarn by operatingmanual on Flickr.
I am really really really upset that I have never been apart of HelloYarn’s fiber club.
Hello Yarn fiber is gorgeous, but it’s so incredibly frustrating. Obviously the dyer doesn’t care that the same small percentage of people are getting the fiber, because she’s still getting the money, but she should care. I mean, at this point it’s almost a pretentious joke. “My club is closed, and you can’t get in the club unless you’re on the waiting list and btw the waiting list is closed too, because I’m so POPULARZ.”
I guess it’s great that she wants to be exclusive and maintain that level of demand, but at this point, I wouldn’t buy the fiber if there was an overwhelming abundance of it all of a sudden. Sorry, now your club members can’t support you? She could at least update her shop and let people fight over it like they do for Gothsocks or something. At least that’d be more entertaining.
…Maybe I’m just bitter.

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
